The Freezer Wear Store provide a quick, convenient, and secure way for you to purchase Freezer Wear Store products. Check our sites often, as product availability changes periodically. We offer products for sale through The Freezer Wear Store to United States addresses only. Ordering Freezer Wear Store products from our online stores is quick and easy. You can shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We offer standard shipping via the United Postal Service and USPS Standard Ground Service. Your order can be delivered to any residence, PO Box, APO or FPO addresses Monday through Saturday. Orders shipped to business addresses will be delivered Monday through Friday.

REGISTRATION

You must register at The Freezer Wear Store to make an online purchase and to maintain a Wish List on the sites. We are dedicated to keeping your information secure and private for your peace of mind when registering. Registration allows you to quickly and easily monitor the status of your orders.You may enter many shipping addresses in your profile but it is important for verification purposes that your name and billing address be entered exactly as maintained on your credit card account. You must be 13 years of age or older to register.

SECURITY

Freezer Wear Store has implemented Secure Socket Layer technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Your credit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it and is stored encrypted in our systems for ninety (90) days.

A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." In Netscape Navigator (versions 3.0 and earlier), the broken key symbol in the lower left corner of your browser window will become a solid key in secure mode. If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0 or higher, look for the padlock in the same space: it is open in standard mode and closed in secure mode. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode.

PRIVACY

The security and privacy of your personal information is extremely important to us. Freezer Wear Store only communicates with you in specific relation to an order placed or if you register to be notified of special deals, or enter a contest or promotion on our family of Web sites. We do not share, trade or sell your information to anyone outside of Freezer Wear Store or our parent company, without your prior consent. We're committed to protecting the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us, and we'll only use that information as we have described in our Privacy Policy.

SALES TAX

Freezer Wear Store has a constitutional obligation to collect sales use tax in those states we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state where the product is being shipped.

If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact Consumer Services at 1-866-957-8819 and we will personally assist you with the processing of your order. At the time you call, please have all proper sales tax information available.

RETURNS

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it by mail for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please call for RA#. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. SHIPPING

We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into The Freezer Wear Store online stores will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within two (2) to three (3) business days.

Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by the United States Post Office (USPS).

Express shipments will arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Express orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM CST will not be processed until the following Monday. Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Freezer Wear Store currently ships only to United States and APO and FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international addresses.

YOUR ORDER

If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been accepted and when it has shipped. You will also receive an e-mail notification if there are any cancellations to your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When you make a purchase, you will receive a Freezer Wear Store order number and shipment tracking number via e-mail. If your order was shipped via UPS, you can go to www.ups.com to monitor your order's progress. You will not be able to track orders shipped via USPS.

CANCELLATIONS

If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from Freezer Wear Store explaining the item cancellation and containing a new order total. Currently, we do not allow customer cancellations of orders. You can return any order you get for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.
